A question about the timing: the photos were taken on 9/23 and the mag was available for purchase on magcloud two days later. Magcloud's "how it works" indicates that it may take 2 weeks for the publisher to receive proofs. Did Derek skip the proofs? [Update: I missed Derek's link below.
